frank and yoga

My husband bought the Wii Fit the other day.  I’m really liking it.  The more you do, the more things open up.  I’m digging the hula hoop, step aerobics and yoga. 

You get a personal trainer (male or female) when you start.  I got a male and have named him Frank.  Frank talks a lot.  He tells me after each yoga stretch to do yoga everyday to improve your posture and pelvis alignment, or something along those lines. 

Apparently, I have horrible posture and pelvic alignment.  I’ve been doing these yoga stretches since Monday and oh.my.god.  My pelvic area is killing me.  I can’t lay on my back.  I can only lay on my sides for a little while before I roll over onto my other side.  The most comfortable position is on my stomach. 

Oh, so I had to torture myself again today.  I enjoy doing it, so I really hope the pain goes away.

  2. Frank is a bastard. I actually went to prenatal yoga yesterday and am feeling your pain. Calhoun is not a flexible gal.

  4. I enjoy yoga too but the first few times I did it I was in pain the next day! I’m glad Frank keeps you going back for more. 😉
