exhaustion

has officially arrived with a vengeance. It’s a good thing I’m on vacation and it’s raining all day today. As soon as I get up, all I can think about is going back to bed.

Speaking of bed, the bed I have sucks. My back is killing me and I’m pretty sure the bed isn’t helping. I’ve almost been on the verge of tears at times. So I called the doc for recommendations. She said it could be gas. Seriously, gas way up there in the middle of my back below the shoulder blades? Yes. Oh my God. I knew I should have brought that heating pad.

  1. Seriously I am right there with you. I have had to nap every day this week. Yesterday I slept for 3.5 hours and completely slept through a table saw being used in our one bedroom condo. My back hurts sleeping too.

  2. Ohhh I remember that stage. So not fun. But think of how much worse it would be if you had to go to work this week. The good news is that you will feel better in a few weeks. I promise. Just take it easy. Make your husband do the chores and walk the dogs. Sleep as much as possible. That is the only thing that helps.

  3. Sorry you are feeling so icky. I remember the exhaustion early on, it was SO hard to deal with. I would come home from work and sleep for 3 hours, then eat dinner, then go to bed. I hope your back feels better too, that sounds miserable!
